I purchased this blender three years ago. Even bought an extended 3-year warranty. During the first two years it spent more time in the shop than in my kitchen, but was repaired each time under warranty after extended periods of time on the bench. Last month the motor quit. The motor is no longer available from Breville for repay or replacementr. I couldn’t be less satisfied with this purchase. Costly, high-end blender, lacking support from the manufacturer and plagued with multiple problems with the bearings and motor.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the magic bullet. Every product that comes on the market does get its fair share of defective products.

You should contact customer service to claim replacement under warranty. One would hope that the engineers at Magic Bullet take note of the defect and improve their quality control processes to prevent defective products from reaching the customer.

I had a Magic Bullet and it started smoking and then didnt work anymore.. I only used it 3 times. Very dissappointed….never will buy another one…
